Telesales Executive Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
Follow up with customers regularly to maintain robust relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions professionally
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order processing
Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers clearly to customers
Maintain a skilled and positive attitude during customer interactions




Prepare daily call reports and sales performance updates
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or Plus Two qualification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities
Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software systems
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
Good Malayalam + English basic communication
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and team-working ability

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
