Key Responsibilities
Supervise civil and structural work at project sites
Monitor foundation and mounting structure work for solar projects
Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams
Ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution
Conduct site inspections and measurements
Manage labour and site activities efficiently
Prepare daily progress reports and documentation
Ensure proper material utilization and site coordination
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
Fresher & Experienced both can apply
Basic knowledge of site supervision and civil work
Ability to work at field/site locations
Good communication and coordination skills
