We are looking for a sharp, results-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels. You will be the architect of our digital growth — building, testing, and optimising campaigns across Meta and Google while working closely with design, content, and product teams. What You Will Do

Campaign Strategy & Execution

▸ Own and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube)

▸ Strategically allocate and optimise a monthly ad budget of ₹1 Lakh and above, ensuring maximum return on every rupee spent

▸ Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and ad formats

▸ Build full-funnel campaign architectures — from cold awareness to retargeting and retention

Analytics & Performance Reporting

▸ Set up and maintain robust tracking infrastructure using GA4 and Google Tag Manager — events, conversions, custom dimensions





▸ Deliver transparent weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and next steps — not just numbers

▸ Own core performance metrics: ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, LTV, and funnel drop-off rates

▸ Interpret attribution models to provide accurate, multi-channel reporting and make informed budget decisions

Tech, Tools & Collaboration

▸ Work directly with Shopify or WooCommerce stores — pixel setup, product catalogue management, checkout event tracking

▸ Configure and manage CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zoho, Leadsquared, or similar) to ensure lead quality and audience sync

▸ Identify landing page weaknesses and collaborate with the design team to improve conversion rates

▸ Write or provide transparent briefs for ad copy — you should understand what makes a headline click and a CTA convert
