We're hiring an immediate joiner for the role of E-commerce Operations Executive in our e-commerce operations team

Key Responsibilities:
Process & manage daily orders across E-Commerce platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, AJIO:
Monitor & update stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations:
File claims for fraudulent returns & resolve order discrepancies:
Coordinate with warehouse / logistics to ensure timely shipping & accurate deliveries:
Handle customer queries, returns, exchanges & complaints:
Maintain records for orders, inventory, returns, claims, etc.

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in E-Commerce Operations
Knowledge of E-commerce Platforms such as Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio:
Knowledge of OMS software like Easycom / Unicommerce
