Dialysis Technician - Ropar, Punjab

Role Summary

Responsible for leading dialysis operations on the floor, ensuring clinical excellence, zero-error execution, and robust team discipline, while supporting the Centre Manager in smooth functioning of the unit.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Dialysis Operations
Perform and supervise hemodialysis procedures as per prescription
Handle complex cases and ensure error-free execution:
Operate and troubleshoot machines (Fresenius / Nipro)

Patient Safety & Monitoring
Closely monitor high-risk patients during dialysis
Identify and act on complications proactively
Ensure immediate escalation to Medical Officer when required

Floor Leadership
Lead and guide junior technicians on shift
Ensure adherence to duty roster, discipline, and SOP compliance
Maintain control and coordination during high patient load

Quality & Infection Control
Ensure strict compliance with infection control protocols




Drive zero tolerance for clinical negligence
Support audits and maintain high-quality standards

Equipment & Inventory Oversight
Ensure machine uptime and proper usage
Coordinate with biomedical team for maintenance
Monitor consumables and prevent shortages

Documentation & Reporting
Ensure accurate and complete dialysis documentation
Report incidents, deviations, and operational gaps

Eligibility
Diploma / Degree in Dialysis Technology
6 - 8+ years experience in dialysis unit
Solid hands-on experience with Fresenius / Nipro machines

Key Skills
Solid technical and troubleshooting expertise
Leadership and team handling ability
High accountability and decision-making under pressure

Work Details
Shift-based duty (including critical shifts)
Weekly off as per roster

Selection Criteria
Immediate joiners preferred
Experience in high-volume centres preferred
