Salary: ₹18,000 onwards (based on experience and skills)

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and existing clients.
Handle follow-up calls and reminder calls professionally.
Explain company products/services clearly to clients.
Resolve customer queries and objections confidently.
Maintain daily call records and update status regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding targets and updates.
Ensure timely reporting of daily work progress.
Follow up with leads for scheduled meetings, sessions, or workshops.
Support operational tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills:




Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Positive follow-up and convincing skills.
Comfortable using computers and basic software.
Robust attention to detail and discipline.
Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Prior experience in telecalling / customer support / relationship management preferred.
Self-driven and target-oriented.
Willing to work long-term and grow with the company.
Ability to handle customers politely and confidently.
