Perform stamping and forming simulation using AutoForm software.
Analyze feasibility of sheet metal components for manufacturability.
Conduct formability analysis, thinning, wrinkling, springback, and split prediction studies.
Suggest process improvements and die face modifications based on simulation results.
Prepare simulation reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate with die design, tool room, and product design teams for process optimization.
Support tryout activities and resolve stamping-related issues.
Develop blank layouts and optimize material utilization.
Ensure process quality and adherence to customer standards.
Hands-on experience in AutoForm software.
Knowledge of sheet metal forming and stamping processes.
Understanding of die design concepts and manufacturing feasibility.
Knowledge of springback compensation and process validation.
Ability to interpret 2D drawings and 3D CAD data.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
