Role: Admission Counsellor (Pre-Primary to K-12)

An Admission Counsellor is someone who interacts directly with parents, understands what they are looking for in a school, and helps them make the right decision for their child. You will be the face of the school, so the way you communicate, guide, and build trust really matters.

We are a CBSE and Cambridge curriculum school, offering education from Pre-Primary to K-12, focusing not just on academics but also on overall child development, skills, and real-life learning.

What You Will Be Doing
Handling Walk-ins & Enquiries

You will be the first person parents meet or speak to. You’ll welcome them, understand their requirements, and explain everything about the school in a explicit and friendly way.
Counselling Parents

This is the core part of your role. You’ll talk to parents, understand their concerns,



and guide them on how our school can support their child’s growth—academically and beyond.
Follow-ups & Conversions

Not every parent decides immediately. You’ll stay in touch, follow up regularly, answer their questions, and help them move forward with admissions.
Basic Coordination & Tracking

You’ll maintain records of enquiries, update data in Excel, and coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.

What We Are Looking For
Someone who is proactive and takes initiative
Valuable at communication and convincing
Comfortable talking to different kinds of parents
Has basic knowledge of MS Office
Has at least 6 months of experience in school admissions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
