Key Responsibilities:
Packing Operations
Supervise daily packing activities as per dispatch schedule.
Ensure correct labeling, tagging, and marking of finished goods.
Monitor proper packing methods to prevent transit damage.
Coordinate with Production & QA for dispatch clearance.

Container Loading & Dispatch
Plan and supervise container loading operations.
Ensure proper weight distribution and secure stacking inside containers.
Verify dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way bill, LR copy).
Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement.
Ensure on-time dispatch as per customer requirement.

Manpower Handling
Supervise and allocate loading workers efficiently.
Monitor attendance and discipline of loading staff.
Provide on-job guidance and safety instructions.
Ensure productivity and minimize idle time.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
