Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models
Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software
Support senior architects in design development and presentations
Visit project sites and assist in supervision when required
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors
Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and codes
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and documentation
Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3D software:
Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
Robust design sense and attention to detail
Positive communication and teamwork skills




Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Internship experience preferred

Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of interior detailing is an advantage
Familiarity with local building by-laws (especially Tamil Nadu regulations)
Basic understanding of rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, etc.)

Minimum 2 years

Pay: ₹35,403.23 - ₹40,354.64 per month
