This is a full time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Nashik. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process and ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, providing detailed information about courses and programs, conducting counselling sessions, managing admissions documentation, and following up with leads. The counsellor will play a key role in promoting the institution, understanding student needs, and helping them make informed decisions about their academic journey.

Ability to effectively counsel and guide students and parents
Experience in handling admissions, student counselling,
or customer relationship management
Knowledge of academic programs, admission procedures, and education systems
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work with targets and maintain records of leads and conversions

A positive attitude with strong convincing and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in any field; relevant experience in education or counselling preferred
