The Chance

We are hiring passionate professionals for Executive and Assistant Manager - Teacher Operations roles to strengthen teacher experience, drive operational excellence, and build a highly engaged teaching ecosystem.

You will play a critical role in teacher relationship management, escalation handling, calendar optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring a seamless experience for both teachers and learners.

What You’ll DoTeacher Relationship & Portfolio Management
Build robust,



long-term relationships with teachers to drive engagement and retention
Manage and align teacher portfolios (150+ teachers for Executive | 300+ teachers for AM) with quality and performance benchmarks
Act as a primary SPOC for teacher experience, operational guidance, and support

Escalation Management & Resolution
Identify, analyze, and initiate escalation processes based on defined criteria
Own teacher and customer escalations and drive timely, high-quality resolutions
Work cross-functionally to ensure explicit ownership, action tracking, and communication

Calendar & Capacity Optimization
Manage teacher calendars and slot utilization to ensure seamless learner experience
Monitor capacity, identify gaps, and recommend interventions to maximize productivity

Operational Excellence
Address operational issues proactively and recommend process improvements
