Encare Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of surgical disposables. We are strengthening our Surgical Gloves portfolio and expanding our field sales team across Kerala._

Role Overview:
Responsible for promoting surgical gloves to surgeons, operation theatres, casualty and emergency departments, while building a strong dealer network across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote surgical gloves to surgeons, OT staff, casualty & emergency departments
Develop and expand dealer / distributor network across Kerala
Ensure product trials, conversions, and repeat orders
Cover hospitals, nursing homes, and medical shops
Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria:




Minimum 2 years sales experience (medical / hospital / FMCG preferred)
Degree (Science background preferred; MBA is an advantage)
Fluency in Malayalam and English
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word
Experience in hospital product promotion preferred
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

Target-driven and proactive
Willingness to travel across territories

Compensation:
Market-market-competitive salary + incentives + travel allowance

Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
