Telecaller Executive - Education Franchise Sales

About Us:
We are a reputed education brand expanding our presence across India through a school franchise model. With a vision to deliver quality education nationwide, we are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller Executives to join our growing team.

Position Overview:
We are hiring full time Telecaller Executives who will play a key role in generating leads and connecting with potential investors/entrepreneurs interested in starting our school franchise. This is a permanent role with 6 working days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce them to our franchise business model.
Explain investment requirements, benefits, and growth opportunities of the school franchise.
Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups/appointments for the sales team.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-ups in the system.
Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.




Provide excellent customer experience by addressing queries and guiding prospects through the process.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/telesales/inside sales (experience in education, real estate, or franchise sector preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (regional language knowledge is a plus).
Confident, energetic, and target-driven with the ability to handle objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, Google Sheets, etc.).
Should be comfortable with a 6-day working schedule.
