Recruitment Coordination: Organize, manage, and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and interviews (online/offline). Student Training & Support: Conduct resume-building workshops, mock interviews, career counseling, and soft skills training. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track placement statistics, analyze industry trends, and prepare reports on placements. Process Management: Maintain student databases, manage company logistics (travel/accommodation for recruiters), and follow up on job offers.
