SLBS Marklance is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer - Field Operations to strengthen our student placement network. The primary responsibility is to visit companies, identify part time job opportunities, build employer relationships, and coordinate interviews for students studying at our institution.

Key Responsibilities

Visit companies and businesses to identify and secure part-time job openings.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals and employers.

Collect job requirements and update the placement database regularly.

Coordinate interviews between employers and students.

Follow up with employers regarding interview schedules and hiring status.

Assist students with interview preparation and placement guidance.





Represent SLBS Marklance professionally during company visits.

Requirements:
Master's degree in any discipline.

0.6 to 1 years of experience in placement, business development, marketing, HR, or field sales is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel locally for company visits.

Robust networking and relationship-building skills.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
