Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive user interfaces for web, mobile, and digital products.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups.
Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
Develop visually appealing graphics, icons, illustrations, and branding assets.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to improve user experience.
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Optimize designs based on usability testing and user feedback.
Ensure designs are responsive and aligned with accessibility standards.
Create marketing creatives, banners, social media assets, and presentation materials when needed.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and graphic design.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design (adjust based on role level).
Proficiency in:
Figma
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator




Adobe XD (optional)
Sketch (optional)
Solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work.
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experience with prototyping and design systems.

Preferred Skills
Experience in interaction design and motion graphics.
Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings.
