Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter customer orders into the system.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, warehouse, etc.) to release and fulfill orders.
Track orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Communicate order status updates to customers.
Handle post-delivery queries, concerns, and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through skilled communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Mandatory: International calling experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
Solid coordination and multitasking abilities.




Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
