Initiate and manage outbound calls to B2B partners and prospective clients to introduce company services.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients/partners and the internal team.
Clearly communicate company offerings, services, and value proposition to potential and existing partners.
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients, upcoming clients, and B2B partners through regular follow-ups.
Collect, record, and analyze client feedback to improve service quality and client satisfaction. - Share company profiles, presentations, and relevant documents with clients and partners.
Ensure timely updates of all interactions, leads, and client data in the CRM system/app.
Track lead progress and maintain accurate records of conversations and meetings.
Coordinate internally with sales/design teams for smooth client handling.
Provide regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and conversion status.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
