About the Role

This is a hands-on production role involving operating coffee packing machines, packing products, and managing dispatch.

This is NOT a desk-based job.
You will work on the production floor and be actively involved in daily packing and fulfilment.

This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with physical work, repetition, and maintaining high accuracy and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Machine Operation (Primary)
Operate coffee packing machines (training will be provided)
Learn and handle basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
Fill, seal,



and pack coffee sachets and jars as per quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the machine and work area

Packing & Dispatch (Secondary)
Pack and label customer orders accurately
Prepare shipments for dispatch
Ensure all orders are fulfilled on time

Inventory & Warehouse Support
Assist in stock counting and inventory tracking
Handle storage, receiving, and movement of materials

Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th pass

Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or factory work is a plus (not mandatory)
