We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Supervisor cum Die Setter to manage shift operations and ensure effective machine setup, production output, and quality compliance in an injection moulding plant. The role requires hands-on experience in die setting along with strong supervisory capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform die/mould setting, removal, and changeover on injection moulding machines
Ensure minimum downtime during mould changes and production continuity
Monitor machine parameters and process optimization for consistent quality
Supervise operators and helpers to ensure planned production targets are achieved
Ensure adherence to quality standards and in-process inspection requirements:
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown handling and preventive actions:
Maintain proper documentation of production, rejection, and downtime:
Ensure compliance with safety norms, 5S, and shop floor discipline:
Train and guide operators for improved productivity and efficiency
Key Skills & Requirements
Solid hands-on experience in mould/die setting:
Knowledge of injection moulding machines and processing parameters:
Ability to handle shift operations and manpower management:
Basic understanding of quality systems and documentation:
Problem-solving ability for process and machine-related issues:
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
