nRole Overview
nThe Head – Private Label & Strategic Accounts will lead company's B2B growth agenda by
nacquiring and managing private label, OEM, contract manufacturing, and strategic
npartnership opportunities.
nThis is a consultative solution-selling role requiring deep experience in building
nrelationships with decision-makers across FMCG brands, retail chains, D2C companies,
nexporters, and institutional buyers. The individual will be responsible for driving end-toend
nbusiness development from lead generation and solution design to commercial
nnegotiations and long-term account growth.

nKey Responsibilities
nPrivate Label & OEM Business Development
n• Develop and execute the company's Private Label and OEM growth strategy.
n• Identify and acquire current business prospects with FMCG brands, retailers, D2C
ncompanies, exporters, and institutional customers.
n• Build a robust pipeline of private label and contract manufacturing opportunities.
n• Drive revenue growth through strategic customer acquisition and account
nexpansion.
n

nStrategic Account Management
n• Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, category
nmanagers, sourcing teams, and business owners.
n• Develop long-term partnerships with key accounts.
n• Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for product portfolio
nexpansion.
n• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
