Key responsibilities:
Domestic Dispatch
Preparation of domestic invoices




Transportation arrangement and dispatch coordination
Coordination with sales and dispatch teams
Maintain dispatch and shipment data records
Meeting updates for domestic dispatch activities

Export Operations
Export invoice preparation and documentation
Export dispatch coordination for air & sea shipments
Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, and fumigation agents
Verification and approval of Export SB, BL, and other export documents
Daily follow-up for export booking and dispatch status
Preparation of export reports and shipment tracking
Drawback & RoDTEP calculation and documentation
RoDTEP license realization process handling
IGST refund data preparation on daily basis
EDPMS documentation submission to bank
BRC generation and closure

Import Operations
Import shipment handling and booking
Preparation and verification of import documents
BL/BOE checklist verification and approval
IDPMS
