ob Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Experience Required: 6 Months to 2 Years (Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Maintain and update customer database.
Follow up with clients for inquiries, appointments, and payments.
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Coordinate with sales and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain daily call reports and customer feedback records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
