Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Meet monthly and quarterly business development goals.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Lead generation and client relationship management experience.
Good understanding of business development and sales processes.




Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with domestic or international clients.
Knowledge of digital marketing, IT services, or software solutions is an advantage.
