About the Organization National Insurance VimoSEWA Cooperative Ltd. is a multi-state cooperative promoted by SEWA and aims to provide social protection to informal sector women workers and their families. It is a standalone, multi-product and full-service delivery insurance entity in which women members are themselves users, owners and managers of all services.
About the Role The position will be based out of the head-office at Ahmedabad or could be at any location as per need or as decided by the organization. This position offers an prospect to explore various domains within the organization. The appointed person will be directly engaged in supporting senior program management team, in managing projects, research and development, developing a database of prospects viz. CSOs, FPOs, MFIs, Insurance companies, Multilateral for Grants, Govt. Officials in various districts and states, mapping relevant industry events, identification of project grants,



knowledge management, and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities_
Support the team lead in managing project across geographies.
Support the team lead in conducting research and analysis, and also working on developing research tools.
Support the team lead in communication and engagement process under the projects and initiatives.
Support the team lead to increase the outreach of the organization and support in facilitating and maintaining existing partnership relation with the social purpose organizations and government entities.
Support in establishing the knowledge management system and documentation including project reports, preparation of grant and project proposals.
To support in strengthening of the monitoring and evaluation system for the on-going projects, current projects and interventions.
Any other task assigned by the CEO.
