Client Services and Data Management is part of Middle Office Department provides exceptional customer service to the global corporate portfolio by managing and resolving a broad range of complex customer needs involving various investment banking products and market segments.



This requires a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customer requests and strong critical thinking ability as work is performed without substantial direction after initial training.
Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be supporting the Client Service and Data Management activities for Global Corporate and Investment Banking in Singapore and responsible for day-to-day business transactions and customer service matters;
- Support rendered is expected to expand to covering wider APAC region;
- Daily tasks including booking of loans, deposits, transaction clearance on sanction screening, and resolving booking and settlement issues;
- Assist in making sound decisions regarding customer requests balancing risk with chance;
