What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
The role works with minimal direction, applying deep knowledge in their field of expertise to manage the execution of analytics QA tasks, best practices and processes including functional testing, release testing, automation testing and support activities. The Analytics QA Manager Digital Platforms & Operations uses significant review tactics in testing requirements, determining testing objectives and leads documentation efforts to organize test results and defects, while establishing and maintaining senior management, and Squad/Product Owner relationships. In addition, the role provides status updates and progress reports to Squad/Product Owners to manage expectations related to scope and timeline constraints.
How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
Analytics QA Delivery and Test Management:
- Partner with Squad/Product Owners to gather and clarify complex business requirements and support solution design discussions to ensure testing aligns with project objectives.
- Develop and validate test case documentation, including scope clarification,



solution requirements, and quality assurance outcomes, to support high-quality delivery.
- Execute test cases across web and mobile applications, including Android and iOS platforms, to identify defects, gaps, and implementation issues through manual and automated testing.
- Review testing requirements and determine testing objectives to ensure analytics implementations meet business, functional, and quality expectations.
- Leverage deep knowledge of Adobe Analytics, AEP rule testing, and AJO requirements, implementation, and testing to ensure analytics solutions are accurate and complete.

Defect, Release and Production Support:
- Manage and prioritize a backlog of defects to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and communicated clearly to stakeholders through to closure.
