Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a motivated individual to join the financial reporting team to support and contribute to the management and reporting of the Banks balance sheet and Profit and Loss accounts, including Treasury Finance reporting. This includes completion of financial statements ensuring to be at its most accurate, complete and timely. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial reporting and governance frameworks.

- Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report processes,



ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial information in compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, ledger adjustments, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Perform detailed General Ledger reviews to ensure transactions are accurately recorded within the appropriate accounting period and are supported by adequate documentation.
- Prepare suspense account reconciliations and collaborate with account owners to validate transactions, resolve outstanding items, and ensure timely clearance of aged balances.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet substantiation and control reviews, including nostro account reconciliations and monitoring of financial risks.
