What Youll Be Doing (position summary):
Reporting to the Chapter Lead, Digital Platforms & Operations, the Analytics QA Analyst Digital Platforms & Operations, is a seasoned expert responsible for overseeing the day-to-day analytics QA project activities of complex projects of a tactical nature, ensuring data quality control procedures and policies are adhered as per technologys project performance standards. The role works with minimal direction, applying deep knowledge in their field of expertise to manage the execution of analytics QA tasks, best practices and processes including functional testing, release testing, automation testing and support activities. The Analytics QA Analyst Digital Platforms & Operations uses significant review tactics in testing requirements, determining testing objectives and leads documentation efforts to organize test results and defects, while establishing and maintaining senior management, and Squad/Product Owner relationships. In addition,



the role provides status updates and progress reports to Squad/Product Owners to manage expectations related to scope and timeline constraints.
How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
- Project Requirements - Work closely with Squad/Product Owners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build robust relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements. Must have through understanding of Adobe Analytics, AEP rule testing, AJO in requirements build, implementation, and testing.
- Project and Program financials The role will collect and consolidate team financials monthly in the form of estimates, actual charges, and burndowns across digital and partner projects
- Stakeholder Communication - Superior interpersonal and communication skills sufficient to convey or present factual and conceptual information on issues which require detailed explanation and interpretation.
