Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries related to products, services, and stock availability.
Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and updates.
Follow up with customers for pending payments and maintain payment records.
Onboard current customers onto the company’s software platform and guide them through the process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, ensuring proper data hygiene within the system.
Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Support the sales team with backend coordination and administrative tasks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
