Job Overview
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents regarding our courses, handling inquiries, converting leads into admissions, and achieving monthly admission targets. The role requires solid communication skills, confidence, and a result-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student and parent inquiries (Walk-in, Calls, WhatsApp & Online Leads)
Explain courses, fee structure, duration, and career prospects
Counsel students according to their career goals and interests
Follow-up with leads and convert them into successful admissions
Maintain daily inquiry and admission reports
Achieve monthly admission targets
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
Maintain qualified communication and brand image of the company
Pay: ₹11,344.21 - ₹37,155.65 per month
Work Location: In person
