This is a hands-on role focused on building and managing an ERP-driven system for inventory and production.

Our current scale involves a limited number of daily transactions. The focus is not on high volume, but accuracy, discipline, and system-building.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with factory operations and grow into a larger operations or production planning role over time.

Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Setup & Structuring
Create and standardize Items, BOMs, and workflows for all machines
Organize warehouses, stock categories, and naming conventions
Clean and maintain structured data in ERP
Procurement & Inventory Management
Create Material Requests and Purchase Orders
Record material receipts and maintain stock accuracy
Track inventory movement within the system
Production Coordination
Create and manage Work Orders
Issue materials against Work Orders
Track work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods
Shop Floor Coordination





Work closely with factory supervisors on:
Material requirements
Inter-warehouse transfers
Production updates
Ensure all material movement is recorded in ERP
Process Discipline & Reporting
Ensure no material movement happens outside the ERP system
Identify stock mismatches and inconsistencies
Maintain basic reports on consumption and inventory

Key Note: This is not a high-volume data entry role. The expectation is ownership, accuracy, and process discipline rather than handling large transaction loads.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
