Maintain valuable relation with existing and current clients
Preparation of Quotation &sent; to the existing customer and the current enquiries
Provide timely feedback to manager
Order acknowledgement & quoting mails & replying to mails.
Update spectrum
Documentation for samples & sample couriers.
Coordination with factory for samples.
Preparation of SO and coordination in absence of Sales Coordinator.
Should able to satisfy customer with service &product; quality
If customer is not satisfied, try to convince them& try to solve problems.
Submitting all Data for analysis in each week.
Morning and evening reporting of work to Sales Manager.
Sales order, Performa invoice& dispatch details to be done.
Keep records of visits.meeting memo file
Maintaining the quotation registers, sample registers, customer registration file
Maintaining vendor registration forms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
