Job Description Quotation & Order Processing Executive
Responsible for preparing and managing customer quotations and coordinating order processing activities from quotation stage to final buyer invoice dispatch.
Prepare quotations based on orders received from the sales team.
Update and communicate quotation rates and revisions to internal stakeholders.
Incorporate buyer target rates and instructions in quotations.
Generate and share Buyer Proforma Invoices with Sales & Designing Team.
Update Purchase Sheet for order additions / changes and inform Purchase Team.
Maintain daily inward entry records and balance order status.
Prepare Buyer Invoice & Packing List with accurate HSN / GST / IGST details.
Coordinate with Accounts for recent HSN Code / GST requirements.
Update cost sheet changes and stock material invoice revisions.
Manage CBM updates in OMS and annexures for assorted items.
Provide Debit / Credit Note details to Sales Team.
Coordinate outer packaging changes with Warehouse.
Maintain master data and ensure timely updates of recent entries.
