Minimum 7 Years Required in RCC & Finishing
Overseeing the final stages of construction projects: Ensuring all finishing work meets quality standards and project specifications.
Managing a team of workers: Providing guidance and support as needed.
Conducting regular inspections: Ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
Coordinating with other supervisors and project managers: Ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Resolving issues or conflicts: During finishing work.
Maintaining accurate records: Of project progress and daily activities.
Ordering and managing materials: Required for finishing work.
Robust knowledge of construction finishing processes and materials: Proven leadership and team management skills.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
