1 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. MATERIAL INWARD CONTROL (Fabric, Trims, Accessories)

Responsibility:
Verify physical quantity vs Purchase Order
Check quality (shade, count, GSM, damage)
Record in Material Inward Register
Enter in Zoho Inventory same day
Tag and label every roll

Non-negotiable rule:
No entry in system = No stock exists.

B. STOCK ACCURACY (System vs Physical)

Daily:
Update stock movement
Close cutting work orders in system

Weekly:
Random stock audit (Top 20 moving items)

Monthly:
Full stock verification
Report variance

KPI:
Stock variance
1% → investigation report required.

C. ISSUE TO CUTTING (Work Order Based Only)

Responsibility:
Issue fabric only against approved Work Order
Record issued meters




Maintain Fabric Issue Slip
Track balance fabric

No verbal issue. No friendly issue.

Everything through document.

D. CUTTING RETURN CONTROL

After cutting:
Receive leftover fabric
Measure physically
Compare against BOM consumption
Report excess consumption if above standard

This is where cost leakage happens.

E. TRIMS & ACCESSORIES CONTROL

F. JOB WORK TRACKING (If Applicable)

If fabric sent outside:
DC entry
Balance tracking
Follow-up for return
Daily status update

G. FG (Finished Goods) STOCK CONTROL
Receive from packing
Verify size-wise quantity
Enter in system
Arrange by customer / dispatch priority
