Job Summary:
As a Legal Advisor you will be responsible for providing clients and internal departments with legal assistance and advice. The responsibilities of a legal advisor include drafting legal documents, managing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable legal standards, structuring solutions for issues, and providing support in legal issues.

To be successful as a legal advisor, you should possess excellent analytical, research and writing skills, the ability to make good judgments, and be able to work well within a team. Ultimately, a top-notch legal advisor should have solid communication skills, be able to manage a large workload with a tight deadline, and remain up-to-date with laws.

Rolls & Responsibilities:
Prepare reports for senior management on legal activities and issues
Filing the revised agreement for sale
Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents (e.g. deeds)
Educate employees on legal matters and compliance issues




Evaluate recent business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
Maintain accurate legal records and documentation
Contribute to the development and revision of internal policies to ensure legal compliance
Coordinate with the advocate in court matter & proceedings
Identify legal risks and propose appropriate measures to mitigate them
Monitor and ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations
knowledge of all RERA matters & compliances from the registration of project to its quarterly updating
Knowledge of re-development of society, MBMC compliance, & Society formation.

Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
Minimum 7+ of work experience as a real estate/ civil lawyer
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High analytical with solid attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00
