Planning of the tool raw materials on time
Producing the tools within the stipulated time as per the production department requirements
Monitoring the production process and quality performance and triggering improvement measures
Ensure the tools are inspected as per the tool drawing
To analyze tool life for incorporating improvements in future
To monitor the process measures for tool manufacturing
To plan and ensure optimum productivity and machine utilization
To monitor tool cost and work for its optimization
Responsible for Tool Making and rework
To ensure positive housekeeping & safety measures
Triggering Continual improvement projects (CIP)

12.Initiate Kaizen (Small Improvement ) and Small Group Activity (SGA)
Encourage suggestions and communicate the same to the next level for implementation
Responsible for TS16949 audit requirements and maintaining of documents
Responsible for training of sub-ordinates.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
