Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Role Overview:
A Telecaller is responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, handle customer queries, and ensure timely payment follow-ups from clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle incoming calls and resolve queries professionally
Explain products/services and convince customers to make purchases
Generate and qualify leads for sales prospects
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for sales and feedback
Follow up with customers for pending payments and ensure timely collections:
Coordinate with the accounts/sales team regarding payment status
Maintain reports of payment collections and outstanding balances
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, sales, and collections

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
