Leo Wealth is looking for an experienced Mutual Fund Operations Executive with 5+ years of hands-on experience in handling end-to-end mutual fund operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end mutual fund operations including purchases, redemptions, SIPs, STPs, and SWPs
Manage and maintain client portfolios, transaction records, and investment data
Ensure smooth client onboarding, KYC processing, and documentation compliance
Coordinate with AMCs, RTA platforms (CAMS, KFintech), and brokers
Process and track transactions, statements, NAV updates, and reconciliations
Handle client queries and provide operational support
Ensure adherence to SEBI/AMFI compliance and regulatory guidelines
Prepare and share portfolio reports, MIS, and performance summaries
Monitor and manage operational timelines and accuracy




Support internal teams with data management and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in mutual fund operations or wealth management
Solid understanding of mutual fund products and processes
Hands-on experience with CAMS, KFintech, BSE Star MF, NSE NMF II platforms
Knowledge of KYC norms and regulatory compliance (SEBI/AMFI)
Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Solid coordination and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions efficiently

Good to Have:
Experience in a wealth management firm or financial services company
Basic understanding of portfolio analysis and reporting
Familiarity with Excel and financial reporting tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
