Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries professionally
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission processes
Pitch Undergraduate and Master’s Programs effectively
Maintain daily call records and conversion data
Achieve admission targets and conversion goals
Build strong rapport and trust with students and parents
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for lead closures
Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / Admissions Counselling
Prior experience in Educational Institutions, Universities, EdTech, K12, Test Prep, or Training Institutes is mandatory
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Smart personality with solid convincing ability
Comfortable working with targets and
