Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to promote Fragmity AI directly to businesses through in-person outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, demonstrating products, building relationships, and converting prospects into customers.

You will play a key role in introducing Fragmity AI to professionals and businesses who can benefit from AI-powered knowledge and document search solutions.

What You Will Do
Visit businesses, offices, institutions, and professionals to introduce Fragmity AI
Conduct in-person product demonstrations and explain the value proposition clearly
Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads
Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners
Follow up with prospects and assist in onboarding recent customers




Gather customer feedback, objections, and market insights
Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements and support
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in speaking with business owners and professionals
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
Ability to explain technology products in straightforward language
Basic understanding of sales processes
Prior field sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and demonstrations
