Estimation & Costing: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for high-rise construction projects.
Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Prepare, review, and analyze BOQs, tender documents, and contract formulations.
Billing & Certification: Verify and process subcontractor running account (RA) bills and prepare client RA bills based on actual site measurements.
Rate Analysis: Conduct detailed rate analysis for current items and variations (extra items) that arise during the project lifecycle.
Material Reconciliation: Regularly monitor and reconcile key construction materials (steel, cement, concrete, etc.) to prevent wastage and ensure budget compliance.
Cost Control: Track project costs, identify potential financial risks, and implement effective cost-control measures.
Site Coordination:



Conduct regular site visits for physical measurements, quality checks, and progress assessments.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports regarding cash flow, project progress, and cost variance for senior management
