Mathilakath Creations is an emerging contracting firm with more than 14 years of rich experience in managing construction projects like luxury villas, residential and commercial towers, luxury buildings, etc. with its headquarters in Bangalore, India.

Currently, we have a vacancy for a Site Engineer (Civil) for our Bengaluru location

Job Roles and Responsibilities

1) Observe the execution of works to ensure conformance to requirements and specifications.

2) Inspect and test samples of materials and products for defects and deviations from specifications.

3) Proactive role in suggesting methodology to prevent errors in design and execution.

4) Identify errors in construction or design and provide solutions for corrections.

5) Implementation of necessary checklists, quality plans and works as per quality plans.

6) Identify the loopholes in safety and security and suggest filling it.

7) Monitor and train the contractors’ team for proper execution as per the design and details.

8) Determine the needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials)



from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

9) Plan all architectural and structural construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.

10) Proper documentation of each project related design details, calculations, drawings, transmittals etc.

11) Periodic site visits to monitor workmanship to match the designs.

12) Client billing and checking of contractors and sub-contractors bills.

13) Prepare and track time schedules, cost overruns, modifications list etc.

Required qualification, skills, and experience

1) Education: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

2) Experience: Min. 1 year of experience in buildings construction including external development, services, and design aspects.

3) Fluency in Hindi and English.

4) Valuable knowledge about MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Projects/Primavera.

5) Should possess 2 wheeler driving License

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per mon
