Job Description - Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Role Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for customer handling, lead generation, relationship management, business development, and coordination with customers, internal teams, and finance partners for solar installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with walk-in customers, site visitors, and inquiries to understand customer requirements and explain solar products and services.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and regularly follow up on leads generated through online and offline marketing activities.

Visit customer locations or nearby project sites when required and conduct face-to-face meetings to explain solar solutions and build customer trust.

Manage social media inquiries, update marketing content, and generate leads through digital marketing platforms.

Generate offline leads through field visits, references, local networking, promotional activities, and customer referrals.





Build and maintain solid relationships with recent and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

Coordinate with finance partners and customers regarding loan processing, EMI options, documentation, and approval procedures.

Collect customer documents such as electricity bills, ID proof, and site details, and coordinate with the technical team for site survey and project execution.

Maintain customer records, follow-up reports, quotations, and support daily office operations and team coordination.

Provide after-sales support, handle customer concerns, and focus on customer retention, repeat business, and referrals.

Be flexible and ready to handle multiple tasks assigned by management for smooth business operations.
