Epitails is looking for a young, energetic, and confident individual to join our team as a Customer Experience & Sales Executive at our PAWFEX Suchitra centre.

This is a customer-facing role focused on interacting with pet parents, promoting grooming services, upselling annual grooming packages, and helping grow the grooming business through proactive relationship building and sales.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable around dogs, and has the confidence to actively engage with customers within the premises rather than sitting behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with pet parents visiting the grooming centre and veterinary clinic

Promote grooming services, memberships, and annual grooming packages

Upsell services and convert walk-in enquiries into sales

Build robust relationships with pet parents and ensure a positive customer experience

Handle billing and payment collection at the centre

Coordinate appointments and basic customer follow-ups

Support lead conversion through phone calls and customer communication when required





Promote other Epitails services and verticals wherever relevant

Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales, front desk, salon, spa, wellness, or customer-facing roles

Fluent spoken English is mandatory

Energetic, confident, and presentable personality

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable proactively interacting with customers

Pet lovers preferred

Basic computer ability preferred
