Rock & Green is a energetic real estate development company committed to creating quality residential projects. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities at our Karjat site.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to maintain smooth workflow.
Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Maintain daily progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.
Resolve in office issues and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision (residential projects preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Must be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
