Location: Kolkata, Burdwan, Hooghly, Howrah, Arambagh.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, developers, dealers, and distributors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and explain the perks of AAC Blocks.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely order delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Submit daily sales reports to management.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in AAC Blocks sales or any B2B sales industry.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.




Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of the construction and building materials market is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field sales.
