Responsibilities
Generate new leads and close deals through multiple channels
Promote company services on social media and CRM platforms
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential and existing clients
Create marketing strategies to increase sales
Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
Work closely with the CEO and the management team
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Contribute to branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
Analyze market trends and suggest improvements to enhance performance
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Punjabi
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Advanced knowledge of sales and marketing
Sales experience is mandatory
Confident, professional, and self-motivated personality
Ability to work well in a team
Advanced computer knowledge, CRM, and Sales Software
Flexibility to work in a energetic environment, as per business requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required (Canada study preferred)
